Most used-phone regrets are preventable with a 10-minute structured test, all doable in a browser, no installs, right in front of the seller.

  1. 1Identity: dial *#06# and check the IMEI matches the box/invoice; verify it's not carrier-blocked.
  2. 2Run our Full Scan for the overall report (display, hardware, battery, sensors).
  3. 3Screen: Dead Pixel test (all colors) + Touchscreen map (all zones) + Uniformity gradient.
  4. 4Audio: Speaker left/right test, Microphone waveform test.
  5. 5Cameras: front and rear, focus near and far, check for spots.
  6. 6Charging: bring your cable, confirm it charges firmly without wiggling.
  7. 7Accounts: make sure the seller signs out of Google (Settings → Accounts) and factory resets in front of you.

Tip: Generate a PDF report of the tests with our Report Generator and have the seller acknowledge it, paper trails prevent disputes.
