This tool drives the rear camera flash (LED) from the browser, working as a flashlight and, at the same time, as an LED test. If it lights, your flash is healthy for photos and video.
The feature depends on the phone and browser supporting 'torch' control. On some models the browser can't reach the LED, use the system flashlight shortcut instead.
